Greetings I'm 25, 170lbs, moderately active, and have been doing some cycling and strength training for the past two months. I never ran before, not even a 5k. About a week ago I got on a treadmill and just fell in love. Do you guys think that I can do a half (mostly flat terrain) in 16 weeks?
Another question is, my treadmill says my running speed is 7, I can run for 40 minutes on it, but it feels a little slower. Could something be wrong with it?
My last question is, I am originally from a tropical, dry place, have been living in South Florida for 11 years, but I still don't respond well to winter wheather (55 degrees farenheit here in South Florida). Is it common for people to run with those Under Armour long sleeves?
