Ok, so I am weeks behind in training for my first half marathon (Nike, 10/21) Work has been a b**ch, my dad's health has taken a turn for the worse and I am way behind. Do I still do Nike? I have never been a runner and am doing this through Team in Training. So should I continue, even if I have to walk 80% of the way or wait for another marathon? I am in a fair sized panic about all fo this and could really use some guidance here.
