I was running up to 2 miles 3-4 times a week and noticed that I was "Spotting" when I should not have been, so I stopped running and now only walk. That was several years ago. Now that I have gone through the change, I started running again, and I noticed that I am getting menstrual cramps without the spotting- has anyone ever experienced/heard of this and how it was resolved? I guess that I will just stick with walking, but I would like to hear comment on this one.
