Once again, I thank you for your input. it's highly appreciated. I just did my first 5K. it was a charity event... a very small event. There were mainly non runners. and the course was not measure properly. It was not 5K (2.42 mile = 3.89 kilometers) which I finished in 21'31" a pace of 8'52". I am still learning about tempo-marathon pace-track? all big words to me. I see the need to run at least 5-6 days. Tomorrow will be my longest run 11-12 miles. Thank you all for your advice.
