Seriously i don't htink you should give up playing soccer! it is not only good for you to move your body in different ways but ti is fun and social! as far as running on your ankle i would say take it very very slow! it is easy for a sprain to turn into a cronic problem if you don't take care of it... and trust me! you really don't want a chronic problem to deal with!! it will keep you out a lot more than just a month! good luck and serisouly think about the whole soccer thing! it's great fun! don't quit! quitters never win!
