Sounds stupid but, it is true. I have been experiencing numbness in my right hand. It encompasses my pinky and ring finger and travels back to my forearm. For the most part I have ignored it for the last few months until this weekend. After my run it hurt to do anything with it and still hurts 2 days later. Has anybody experienced this and any suggestions on what might cause it?
