3 weeks prior to running a full marathon, I was forced to stop running due to a leg injury. However, have come that far on my 1st Marathon I decided to give it a try and run anyway. On run-day, I had all the motivation I needed (thanks to much rest) and did finish the entire marathon (hurt leg and all). You will you have tons of energy once you return to running, due to the break. Good luck!!!
