Looking for training plans to run my first Marathon in about 10.5 weeks (11/4). I currently train for triathlons. My next race is Half Ironman in 3.5 weeks (9/16). After that I want to focus my training to complete my first marathon (not worried about time - just want to finish), so I'm looking for a training plan that will help me.
Facts: during last 6 weeks i've been averaging 20-23 miles per week. Longest run has been 12 miles. Ave long run is about 9 miles. I run about 9-10 min/mile.
Is it possible for me to get ready for a marathon in this time frame?
Any advice or training plan(s) is appreciated!
