I am running my first marathon in Oct. I've run 10milers before and have run as much as 12mi. I've used goos on runs and have never crashed.
My question is: Why are there pasta dinners the night before races? Is it preferable to eat a TON of pasta the night before? Does it really make a big difference? (On average my diet has been about 60% carbs during the training process.)
