This reply is too late for the original post, but I wanted to add that I have used CytoSports Muscle Milk for a few years and find nothing better. For calorie watchers, try muscle milk light. For excellent recovery after a very very long run/ride, muscle milk collegiate (I use it after bike rides over 4 hours). And just as an FYI, for bike rides of over 2 hours, I take regular muscle milk 1 hour prior.
