Hey guys. I started back training about 4 weeks ago (am doing a 5 mile race in 2 weeks and then a half marathon in 10 weeks) and am starting to get serious cravings for chocolate and sweetish things like skittles. I guess this is because I have not adjusted my diet accordingly since I went back training. Any advice would be appreciated. I am 30 years old, am quite fit, eat ok food, and am only doing about 20-25 miles a week at present. Eating boring food is v difficult for me.
