I am a female and my most recent experience with pelvic pain is a pelvic stress fracture. I would get it checked out asap, to at least rule it out. I am out 6 weeks due to a pelvic stress fracture. Plus, it is terribly painful and most difficult to get around, even walking, stairs, getting in and out of the car are difficult. Not to mention my fall marathon schedule is up in the air. Did you increase your mileage dramatically or change something in your workouts?? mine seems to be associated with high mileage for several weeks in a row. Best of luck to you.
