I am not sure if I spelled it correctly but the Enduralyte capsules work really well. They saved me on many a long run and race in hot and humid conditions. You are supposed to take them during the run also, but I take 2 (maybe 3 occasionally) when it is miserablely hot and I can run fine for several hours.
