Each time I run/jog a marathon I am fine until approx 15 minutes after I finish. Then I am sick usually for the remainder of the day. I am so annoyed that I can run a marathon and finish but when my friends are celebrating I am just starting to get sick, throw up, collapse, make a scene, etc. I eat and drink on the course. Someone please tell me WHAT REALLY WORKS - quickly before Big Sur. Thanks, Tamara
