Hi Thumper, A good friend of mine is starting to train for the Avon Breast Cancer walk and currently has a pair of running shoes that she wears. She is wondering if she should continue to wear those for her training (she will only be walking, no running) or buy a pair of walking shoes. I know you do a fair amount of race walking and thought maybe you had some insight on this. If you do, please give me a recommendation for her. Thanks!
