So I am running my first marathon in ten days. My wife wants to go out for lunch and dinner on Satruday, that gives me eight days before the race. I have every intention of being good with my diet but my question is how is going out to dinner at Mexican resturant going to effect my running a week later? I can't see that it would have a dramatic effect since I am obviously not running to win, just to finish in a respectable time.
