My friend helped me find the ab workout on the Runner's World website. No need to cross the cyberspace/reality line with an address exchange :) If you're interested in checking it out it's on the RW site, click on Training then on Strenth and Crosstraining. There is an ab program for the runner's 6 pack at the top of the screen- that's not it. Scroll down quite a way to The Ab Workout. Starting on the second page of that are the exercises (if the first one is called the Oblique Bridge you've found it). Enjoy- hope they work well for you! PS Sunbeam and Zeke gave you great advice- they are generous and knowledgable contributors to this board. However, being a girl that has had multiple pregnancies I know exactly the havoc it wrecks on your abdominals. Having them stretched and weakened beyond recognition is a recipe for posture disaster. Hopefully a combination of solid ab work and diligent awareness of upper body tension while running will get you on track!
