Sue, After I replied to your post I thought about it and realized that I made some assumptions- the biggest being that you had always trained on a treadmill. I usually read posts a couple of times prior to responding so that my posts aren't assuming and presumptuous but I didn't concentrate well enough last night. Sorry about that! Hopefully you'll get outside this weekend, it's not going to happen for me anytime soon as it's -11 right now and isn't going to warm up for another 4 days! It's going to be all treadmill for me until then :)
