I tried the Jelly Bellys in Louisville on Saturday and they went down pretty easily. They taste just like regular jellybeans and they were small enough that they were easy for me to eat.
I ate them with water - that made swallowing easier.
The problem: by mile 20, when I needed the energy, I couldn't stand the thought of another one. They were too sweet by that time.
Then, after the race, when I puked them up, well, that did it for me.
