Hi runkelly, How is that training going? More or less over here. Had a hiatus of a month when I went home for during the winter break. I am hitting the treadmill a little when I get fed up of the ice on the roads or I am a real chicken to face the cold. I hadn't used it as much before so here it is: I don't know if I am delusional or not but I feel it's kicking my butt. My perceived effort is higher at supposedly the same speed... What are your thoughts on that? yesterday my chest was hurting at a pace that would be comfortable on the road... Pretty uncool sensation. Sorry if this was asked before.
