I'm pregnant and have continued to run, but I'm wondering how long I can/should keep it up. With my last pregnancy I just felt too blah and akward by around week 17 to keep running. My sister ran a 8 miler at 20 weeks and at the time she said she felt great. However, she ended up having her baby a few weeks early and was told by her doctor that she pushed herself too much. So, I'm wondering if anyone out there ran through there pregnancy and could tell me how it went and how long they ran. I know I will just see how my body feels, but just wanted to poll the board. Thanks!!!
