I'm training for my first marathon and loving it! everything is going great so far, but I have talked to some other more experienced runners who informed me that I really should find an energy gel that works for me, to be using for my longer runs. my stomach gets kind of upset easy when i'm running, i was wondering if anyone could recommend their favorite, easy to digest ones? and also, what is everyone's opinion about the ones with caffiene? good? or just carbs, no caffiene? thanks for the help!
