Hi, I am in need of one member for my team at Hood to Coast on August 25/26. We are a non-competitive team and just looking to have a good time.
Hood to Coast a 197 mile relay from Mount Hood to the Pacific Ocean by Seaside, Oregon. There are 12 members to a team and 2 vans of 6. It's very similar to the Reach the Beach relay but instead taking place in Oregon:) Basically, each person will run 3 times and somewhere in the vacinity of 15-17 miles total. The dates are August 25-26 which is a Friday into Saturday. Basically I have a hotel for Thursday evening, we'll be traveling Friday evening in the van, and Saturday night hotel room. After/before that, if you want to travel further, totally up to you.
I've already paid for the team which amounts to $90 a person for entry. Other fees will include paying for the van rental, food/equipment for the van, and the hotel room. As for airfare, I will be willing to help with this but ultimately this is up to the individual.
