I am not opposed to any speed persons - I am opposed to any speed of persons who are on the course 6-8 people wide. And if I say on you left - Please do not move left - If you are passing me and say on your left I will move to the right - Keep on doing marathons - I think anything that gets us more fit is great - at any speed.
