I'm running the Cincinnati Flying Pig Half Marathon on May 7 and was wondering what hydration strategy I should follow. This is my first half marathon. When and how much should I drink and when should I start drinking Gatorade? Any feedback would be very much appreciated. In case this matters, I hope to finish in 1:45 or faster.
