I had asked one of my friends about your post, and she told me to tell you to see an osteopath. Although, I'm not entirely sure what that is...after doing research, and Osteopath is Docotor of Osteopathic Medicine. Do a Google search for "Osteopath" and it will tell you more. I just told you what my friend told me. She's a runner and has been to one. I don't know if I helped you out at all, but I sure tried. If nothing else, I would just go to an Orthopedic. Hope I was able to at least steer you in the right direction. And I hope everything gets better.
