Don't stop running!

I don't think that toe numbness is enough to suggest you stop running! Family doctors are usually not the ones to go to for advice about this:) I think it's happened to every runner at some point. Here's some "obvious" advice: try different shoes with less motion control or wides ones, try 1/2 a size bigger shoes, wear less bulky socks. Put two bandaids around your big toe and the one right next to it, with the padded sides facing each other, so that your toes are separated a bit while you run.
