hmmmm,how to prepare?By Jan 20 here in the frozen tundra known as Maine the temps should be dipping well below zero with treacherous slippery footing and gale force winds.In the meantime sunny Florida will be in the balmy 70s or above......Any advice how I should train for the huge differances in climate?
