Chuck Engle does spend a lot of time running tier 2 events. Yes, he wins many...and some that other's might win. Thus, I have a few questions for you and would appreciate your response to all. Is this wrong? Do others do similar in terms of finding smaller venues where they can place higher or even win their age group or the overall race? Doesn't he take the time to serve by being a pace setter? Is this not helping others to perform? Does his participation as a well-known elite runner not help raise interest in some events? Just wondering if you see an upside to his efforts as well as recognizing he may be setting a record for marathons run, marathon wins, etc. Best wishes, Jeff "Heatrunner" Howard
