Hi new--talk to me about heart health and running

OK, this may sound like an easy question, or maybe a dumb one. I am 41, I run marathons and I am in pretty decent health. I run 5 miles a day on a regular basis with 2 kids in a jogging stroller. I eat pretty well. My 2 kids were c-setion babies (each were 10 pounds)--and ever since they were born, I can't rid of the "belly fat"--a slump of skin hanging over my pubic bone. They are both toddlers now (2 and 3). I keep hearing about the connection between belly fat and heart attacks. The last thing I want to do is have a heart attack while running and leave my kids without a mom. I know, sounds drastic, but I worry. I had bloodwork done for gallbladder issues. I have decent bloodpressure. Any suggestions, tips, information, websites, etc., would be great. What should I be looking for? Shelley
