Wow, this is much harder than I thought. Hello, I am 8 months post partum. I ran before pregnancy ( 5 marathons) and was in great shape. I resumed running 5 weeks after ahving my daughter and am currently training for a marathon. It is a lot harder than I anticipated. First, I am a working mom. I work a few evenings. I could run by myself in the am ( I am not good at doing that though) I run on my off nights, but of course feel guilty for leaving my baby and husband on off nights. He is very supportive and doesn't mind whenever I run. I also run weekend mornings. Also, my motivation is not the same, I used to obsess over times and miles, now not as much. I want to get back to where I was mentally, but I am struggling. I feel liek i am starting over. Also, I guess its prob diet but my body fat still seems so high. I am jsut frustrated and discouraged at times!

Sarah
