I hate to ask this but I gotta. Lately when i go on my longer runs (10-18 miles) my stomach seems to get upset if ya know what I mean. A friend of mine says it's from lack of water but all i do is drink water all day!! I eat healthy. All whole wheat grains and such. And i havn't realy changed my diet at all. But for some reason within the last few weeks I have had this problem. I don't have to much longer left before i start to taper so I really want to fix this so I have no surprises on marathon day. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
