I exclusively breast fed my son for 1 year and trained for my first half-marathon the whole time. My advice would be to double your water intake and consider the natural supplements to enhance milk production. There was an all natural licorice tasting "Mother's Milk" tea that I drank every day that I had a long run which really helped to keep my supply adequate. I was also religious about weighing myself before a long run and replacing every pound of water weight that I lost from my run with 16 or more ounces of water. Hope this helps....
