Kudos to you for nursing and exercising. I nursed my now 15 month old for 9 months and ran a majority of that time with increasing mileage each week. I didn't experience any problems with my supply at all or trouble with my daughter nursing afterwards.

I did speak to my Dr beforehand, because I had the same concerns you do. She just said that I might want to wait 1-2 hours after exercising to nurse to allow the lactic acid to decrease and that if my supply dropped, I could try Fenugreek which is a herbal supplement that helps increase milk supply.
