The world's ugliest bra, also in enormous demand by big-chested women ever since Oprah endorsed it, is the Enell. It may be ugly, but people swear by it. I don't know as I've never worn one.
I wear CW-X sports bras. They are pricey (although still cheaper than the Enell by a few bucks) but are the most comfortable, non-chafing bra I've ever owned.
A third option is to find some supremely comfortable bras that are less supportive (easier to find) and then wear 2 bras at a time to minimize bounce/improve support.
