At about mile 21 or so when the pain starts to really set in, I find myself fighting a huge upset stomach. I eat a good nutrition bar at the halfway point. If I try to run through it or pick up the pace even slightly then it gets worse. Any suggestions? I take a gel at 1 hour and can't take one at 3 because of the obvious. I am right on the verge of breaking 4 hours and this is a big concern. Thanks.
