Guess no one else got this one. Caloric intake is going to depend on a number of things like how much you exercise. My girlfriend is using a pretty helpful website to help her keep track of everything like exercise and calories and stuff. I think its myfooddiary.com. I think it costs money though, but there are plenty of other websites to do the same type of thing on I'm sure. Do a little experiment on yourself. Try eating 2000 calories a day and training normal, see how you feel, and beginning cutting back 100 calories or so every few days. When you get to the point where you feel too lethargic to exercise, go back up 100 calories and stay there a while.
