I ran the New Las Vegas Marathon and had no pains at all. 3 weeks after the marathon I was going to start training for my next marathon (Salt Lake City Marathon). But I injured my left knee by jumping out of a moving truck. Its been about a month of resting and it feels good. So I tried to run and sure enough the pain came right back. It seems to go away after my 2nd mile. But hurts when I wake up or sit for a long time. The pain seems to be just underneath the knee cap, also a little sore to the touch but not inflamed. I'm deployed in Iraq with the United States Air Force. So my resources are limited, what sould I do?
