Just did the Las Vegas Marathon in December. Have continued with my usual yoga/pilates and am doing approx 25 miles per week of running. Am eating less than pre-race but now all my pants are tight!!!! Seems like they are tight in the waist line and upper butt area...anyone else experienced this? Some people are trying to tell me it's muscle b/c now my body has had time to recover??? I am having a hard time believing that!!! Any help for me? How do I "loose" this extra ?!?!
