I have not had a period in over two years. I know its not the mechanics as I have taken the pill(gained wieght and experinced mood swings while doing so..not fun) to determine if I could get a period with some hormonal coaxing. I did so that was reassuring BUT I can't seem to get one on my own. My doc says the same..gain weight or exercise less. I consume around 1800 calories a day and am 5'3 and 110. I continue to think this is enough but not getting a period is troublesome. I continue to stress about this but don't want to gain weight as it hits me first in the lower abs. Does anyone else find that the lower ab area is tough to keep in check?
