Hello there,

[ For proper disclosure, you should know that I'm a guy. I've just noticed that posts on this board don't frequently get responses that quickly, and I like to be helpful. I've never experienced "pelvic pain" -- at least I don't think I have :) .]

First, a few questions from the runner's world: Are you properly hydrated, or maybe overly hydrated? Could this be a muscular electrolyte thing? Also, are your muscles naturally flexible, or are you prone to muscle sprains, etc...?

Have you considered the alternative medicine route? Maybe lots of massages, yoga, body manipulation, herbs, etc... would help alleviate the symptoms.

When traditional medicine and diagnosis doesn't work, it may be time to try the alternatives.

By the way, I just did a quick google search on "pelvic pain" and found a boat load of resources!

Good luck.
