You can get some good information at the National Library of Medicine website: www.nlm.nih.gov Click on "health information," then click on "medline plus." There is a place for search terms. I haven't had a hysterectomy, but I did have a myomectomy about 9 years ago; recovery for that is supposed to be about as stringent. Fortunately, I was in good shape (ran a marathon less than a week before surgery) and it gave me an opportunity to recover. Post a reply on the Bulletin Board
