If you have been running 40-45 per week, I would think that you should be able to run the majority of the marathon. Good Luck!
One piece of advice from a guy who has only done three marathons. Try your best not to view the race as the "big one." Stay relaxed and save as much energy as possible for the last 1/3 of the race. It won't do you any good to get excited, pumped up, or psyched out before the race. Also remember to have fun and enjoy the journey.
