If you are an accomplished marathoner, and choose to participate in events that cater to charity participation(Disney, MCM, any of the RNR series)... then it is buyer beware. There are strategies that you can use to minimize the impact that slower runners and walkers will have on your enjoyment of the day (as well as your race time). Take all necessary precautions and don't concern yourself with the things that are going on behind you. Post a reply on the Bulletin Board
