Here's an idea....How about getting an ousted corrupt CEO to direct a race exclusively for cheating charity participants. The CEO will be very well versed in the art of cheating, and could probably give great pointers to the participants. By giving them their own marathon(s), it keeps them off of the courses, so that legitimate athletes don't have to weave and dodge around these cheaters who don't complete the full course anyway. The "charity participants" have diminished the significance of the magnitude of completing a marathon, and should be charitable by raising money for a 1K or a 2K event.
