Hi Kevin - I'm living down in Shanghai, where there are some races now and then. We have the Marathon coming up on Saturday, 11/26. Too late to register for that. There are some 7K and 10K races that I know of in the fall, but they're already past. Otherwise, not a lot organized in China that I know of. There are marathons in Beijing and Xiamen, which you can find on this website, and others I hear of in Harbin, Qingdao and Hohenhate (Inner Mongolia). There's supposedly a Tibetian Marathon for those insane enough to run at that elevation, but heard somewhere they didn't run it this year (could be wrong). And there's the Great Wall Marathon, which is more like an exercise in hill climbing. Drop me a line if you find yourself in Shanghai.
