First off two the person that said see eaters anomonyis. Come off it you might have had a problem, and thats great you fixed it but this person is 5'6 125 pounds that is not overweight. I would say that when you enter into a new training regime your body often needs extra food for the extra miles you are doing. If you are gaining weight it may be a healthy weight for you. I am person that is always snacking and I would say trying to eat 3 healthy balanced meals and then snack on healthy foods when you are hungary. YOu simply must become intune with when you are hungary. Are you waiting tell you are really hungary to eat?
