I feel your pain. But you are definitely more fortunate than I am. At 4'10 and 88 lbs (no hips), it has also been a life-long struggle for me to find anything that fits. Not to endorse their products or anything....but I've always purchased Nike products. Their Xtra Small sizes in shorts are the only things that fit me. They are a bit costly, but they are worthed.
