Excellent advice !

I have to agree with everything you said. I'm 5-11 and run better at a weight of 180 than I do at 165 and I've been both. Muscle is heavier than fat and I also look better at 180 than at 165. Muscle is also important in increasing your speed and endurance.

We are way too preoccupied with the scale. I stopped looking at the scale and I judge where I am with how my clothes fit.

Besides, isn't one of the benefits of cardiovascular exercise to eat with a little bit of impunity?

George
