I just Met John The Penguin this past weekend @ the San Francisco Marathon (My 1st Marathon!). He spoke in our Pasta Party dinner for Team In Training and he is awesome! He gave us penguins the courage to go out there and waddle on! I like being a penquin for now. A very Slowwwww penguin ;0) Post a reply on the Bulletin Board
